Please note in these very uncertain times, parcels are taking longer than usual to be delivered. 

Processing times are 5-7 business days.  Processing times do not include shipping times.

Once packages are in the care of USPS or any other shipping company, Clay Rie Jane is no longer in control. There are no refunds. Please contact USPS for any tracking questions or to file a claim. All shipping times are estimates and as such are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
