Refund policy

For hygienic reasons we do not accept refunds or exchanges. 

Due to material being clay and handmade there may be small imperfections such as fingerprints, dust, texture, visible brush strokes, bubbling and so on. 

We use stainless steel posts which are hypoallergenic by nature, and gold-plated sterling silver hooks. However, if you have extra sensitive skin, we suggest proceeding with caution. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to the materials used.
